First thing to do in pursuing happiness

Take care of yourself.
Here I upload a video which I find it interesting.

Why? because somethings we did everyday which have been our habits , we sort of lacking the appreciation to what we have done, perhaps we never think of them at all, as we always thought we have more important things to do. To us, those things we have done , we thought they are " nothing".
This video instead shows that they actually create happy sound , music if we do notice about it. That could be  quite fun . We should have listened to everything we have done , and be grateful with what we have .
So, the first thing is take care of yourself. Only that you take care of yourself , you create lovely , enjoyable sound, and never find annoyed about what you have done everyday . You find joy in your life from every habit you have for a new day. Taking care of yourself not only make you enjoyed , it makes you feel batter physically and mentally .

My experience told me this, because our body will be used to a system , and better adapt to good habit . Thus, if you do right things to your body , your body will understand , and you get happier and happier. Skipping meal, not bathing , skipping all the basic needs for your body will only create a mindset " i don't like you, you dont deserve this, everything is not important" , you unitentionally send a wrong message to your body that you do not like it anymore. It is worsened.
